Begin With Hair Inc. is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to keep the office running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

Job Description

  • Performs routine customer service activities according to established operational policies and procedures
  • Build up the clients data base andDevelop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Improve customer service experience andcreate engaged customers
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Manage the inventory, check the quantity every month according to ERP
  • Cold-calls everyday toverify the customer information
  • Doresearch online to collect the customer information
  • Mail out the flyers as per the clients data base one or twice per month
  • Manage all the office documents
  • Manage the credit card statement and report it to the accountant
  • Manage the staff daily time sheet and report to the HR
  • Travel to attend the trade show
  • Make daily work reports

  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
